Functional purpose of the equipment
Hall measurements: current-voltage characteristics, resistance, resistivity, sheet resistance, magnetoresistance, carrier concentration, Hall mobility, and Hall coefficient as functions of temperature. <br />
Measurements are conducted in DC mode / in a constant magnetic field (± 0.976 Tesla) within a temperature range of 80 - 775 K. Samples are configured in van der Pauw and Hall configurations.
